It’s difficult to accept that the American people are being taxed in excess because of the theory of global warming. Which,as far as I understand,is not scientifically proven fact. How about the governments cease with the weather modifications (such as cloud seeding) that have been going on for numerous decades. Could that be one of the actual reasons behind weather extremes? The science behind the sun, its solar flares, etc. remains a mystery but could also be the cause of unpredictable extreme weather?Basically this carbon foot print tracking and taxing is a shroud to legitimize the monetary taking and control of the American people.
