		<description>The news here reported is heartening, indeed! Nobody argued whether global warming is for real; only one argued that the best course is neglect. Carbon Tax was discussed along with Cap&#039;n Trade; there was absolutely no anti-tax tirade. A pity that our friends in the Colossus of the North are having trouble. Still, I fear this hearing is not what we can expect as typical: As Cervantes wrote, &quot;One swallow doth not a summer make&quot; — and we need a powerful lot more such swallows. How do we go about breeding them?</description>
