  BC's use of the carbon&#160;tax revenue&#160;is&#160;one of its&#160;most exciting and innovative aspects.&#160;&#160;Almost all&#160;goes back to households and businesses&#160;(not to government coffers) by&#160;reducing other taxes and by distributions to individuals.
