		<description>I like the old school quote &quot;no taxation without representation&quot;.&#160; Both sides of the coin can not and will not admit what the use of the revenue for this tax will be used for and how it will be delegated.&#160; Come on people wake up.&#160; This is a gambit for the government to get more money OUT of our pockets.&#160; We should be making the tax we currently pay for utilities to be used for reneuable resources and advanced FREE ENERGY projects now being studied but purposely under-funded or held in reserve for the so called powers that be.&#160; Wake up people.</description>
